Transaction process

First contact on May 2024. According to the customer, the factory used a Toyota before, which had been in service for about 30 years. So when we first contacted, the customer preferred a second-hand Toyota forklift. At that time, considering the customer's budget, we suggested that the customer choose a new machine of other brands, but the customer did not accept it and disconnected.

In early October 2024, the customer decided to buy a new Heli forklift. When he visited the factory later, the customer explained that he initially planned to rent a forklift locally. In the end, he found that the cost of renting could also buy a new forklift. The customer also found two Heli suppliers locally, and the price was more than 30% higher than that in China, so he finally chose to import from China. Because it was for self-use, we had a detailed communication with the customer about the configuration, etc. At the beginning, the customer also wanted to choose 2.5 tons and 3 tons. The customer's working condition required the forklift to work normally within a certain distance, and the customer was worried that the minimum rotation radius would not meet his needs. The customer happened to have plans to come to China, so we invited him to visit the Heli Forklift Factory. After the customer arrived at the factory, in addition to the previous concerns that the distance between the shelves in the customer's working environment was not enough for the forklift to work normally, there was also the lifting height. The customer chose LCL, and he wanted a maximum lifting height that could meet the loading of the container. In the end, he chose 4.5 meters for the sake of safety. Finally, the model details of the forklift were determined.

At the end of October 2024, after the customer went back, he negotiated a small discount and arranged a water order.
