Customer J MORGANS CONFECTIONS is a coffee and sugar company in Utah, USA, with its own factory and warehouse.

Negotiation process

The system automatically sent a message when the customer was browsing Alibaba. I checked that the customer had not purchased related products but the level was L4, so I immediately contacted the customer and asked about the needs. The customer said that she just wanted to see and had no purchase needs. I quickly sorted out the information and configuration parameters of the Heli 3-ton lithium-ion forklift and sent multiple shipping pictures for reference. One of the pictures was downloaded from Facebook. The American buyer show customer saw it at a glance, which won the customer's trust. The customer sent the parameters of the old forklift he bought before and said that he wanted the same configuration. I sent Heli's most cost-effective H4 series and sent the parameter details. I also told us our strength and sent the files of Heli's agency, and finally got the customer's trust.

Challenges faced

The customer did not understand the product. After communicating with her, I needed to convey my meaning to the engineer before I could get feedback. This includes the configuration of the product (gantry, tires, side shift, and 110V voltage matching charger issues)

Solution

Write and mark the configuration clearly when quoting, and constantly confirm the charging port and customize the special charger with the factory for the special 110V voltage issue, and send various detailed photos for customer reference.

Result display

The customer ordered a Heli H4 series 3-ton lithium battery forklift, FOB to Guangzhou warehouse.

Summary

Through cooperation with JMC, we have a clearer understanding of the needs and special configurations of forklifts in the US market, and the customer expressed the hope to continue to cooperate with us in the future and purchase more forklifts to meet the needs of the factory. This case has given us more credibility when connecting with the needs of American forklift customers and paved the way for subsequent business expansion.
